can’t find user in WHM

cPanel doesn’t know user, or you can’t find the user in WHM

* There aren’t account neither in “List Accounts” neither in “Show Reseller Accounts”

* Check on /var/cpanel/users/username. Make sure the user is owned by the correct account. It should also have a “DNSX=domain.com” line.

* Execute the following commands:

# /scripts/updateuserdomains
# /scripts/rebuildcpusers
# /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
